Ankles Repeat for 3 rounds while holding the knee over foot position: Step on gas pedal x 10 sec then lift foot to knee x 10 sec
Alternate option Slowly move forward and back 10-20 times
Hip Openers Slowly move knee out and back 10-20 times
World’s Greatest Stretch Perform 6 times on each side
Thoracic Spine Matrix Perform each move 6 times
Shoulder Overhead Openers Hold for 1-2 minutes
Alternate Option Hold for 1-2 minutes
Neck Perform each move 8 to 12 times
